Refund policy
At TRNZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at trnzuk@outlook.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Alternatively, if your item does not fit and you need to reorder a different size, we can assist with that. Please contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at trnzuk@outlook.com.
