Step 1: Grab a measuring tape (inches or centimeters work fine). Stand naturally, relax your shoulders, and take a deep breath to ensure the measurements are comfortable.

Step 2: Measure around the fullest part of your chest (usually at the nipple line) while keeping the tape level and snug but not too tight. This is your bust measurement.
